Hi there, and welcome! I’m here because I believe that transformation begins within.

Over the past decade, I’ve committed myself to mindfulness and meditation as daily practices, helping me navigate struggles, find peace, and live more fully in the present moment. My journey deepened when I discovered Reiki, an experience that showed me how energy can help release blockages — physical, emotional, or spiritual — and open the door to new possibilities.

These interconnected practices — as a mindfulness guide, meditation teacher, and Reiki practitioner — are at the heart of my work. My mission is to share the tools that have profoundly shaped my own life, so that you too can move toward self-discovery, inner peace, and genuine connection.

What inspired you to start Nesma Mindfulness?

I began this journey after over a decade of practicing mindfulness, meditation, and Reiki. These practices helped me find inner peace and transformation, and now I want to share them with others.

What it Nesma?

The name Nesma holds deep personal meaning for me and my family — it’s something very close to our hearts. In Arabic, Nesma (نسمة) means “breeze.” For me, this is more than just a word — it’s a metaphor for life. A breeze is gentle, flowing, and ever-changing, reminding us to let go, trust, and stay open to the experiences that come our way. Just like a breeze finds its path, mindfulness helps us do the same — guiding us back to balance, peace, and clarity.

Through Nesma Mindfulness, my hope is that you can experience that same sense of lightness and renewal — like a gentle breeze that softens, uplifts, and carries you forward with ease.
